Des ateliers découverte ont lieu tous les mois afin de vous permettre de découvrir ce que l’art-thérapie pout vous apporter.
Cela vous permet ensuite de vous inscrire aux stages et ateliers qui correspondent à vos besoins et vos envies.
Tous les ateliers se déroulent dans un cadre convivial d’écoute, d’empathie, de non jugement et de confidentialité.

Ateliers multi médiateurs
Dans cet atelier de détente, de prise de recul par rapport à une situation donnée, de résolution de problème vous découvrirez plusieurs médiateurs tels que le collage, le gribouillage, le dessin, l’écriture, le mouvement, etc.

Sur le chemin de Soi
Atelier hebdomadaire avec engagement trimestriel. Groupes de 3 à 6 personnes. Le matériel est fourni aux participants.
Un rendez-vous avec Soi chaque semaine pour développer la conscience de Soi, découvrir ou redécouvrir sa créativité, développer l’estime de soi, la confiance en soi, lâcher ses tensions, ses peurs, prendre du recul, s’apaiser.
Un carnet de créativité permettra de consigner ses émotions, son expression, ses idées, et ainsi de garder trace de son cheminement, de son évolution. .
Dans un cadre convivial d’écoute, d’empathie, de non jugement et de confidentialité.
Vous pouvez participer aux ateliers découverte afin de voir ce qui correspond à vos besoins, à vos envies.
Les dates à Châteauneuf du Faou
1er Trimestre 2020 toutes les semaines, à partir du Mercredi 7 Janvier :
2ème Trimestre 2020 toutes les semaines à partir du Mardi 7 Avril.
Tarifs (Engagement au trimestre) : 150€ payable en 3 fois.

I run different bilingual French-English theater workshops where English people can learn French and French people can learn English?
No previous drama or acting experience is needed and no level of French or English as a foreign language is required. My accompaniment adapts to your level.
You just need to have a desire to have fun and to share the pleasure of a unique French-English experience.
Be ready to acknowledge your improvement very quickly!
I am hosting a bilingual and inter generational theater workshop every Thursday evening in Châteauneuf-du-Faou. You can find more information on http://frogs-roastbeefs.com
For groups of people
You are a group of friends, relatives (French and/or English) and you would like to have your own theater workshop in your town.
I make you propositions for workshops adapted to your groups and give you a quote. I travel to meet and discuss with you.
The hourly rates are : 65€ TTC, extra travel expenses at a rate of 0.54 per km. For a workshop of 2 hours minimum.
I supply costumes and accessories during the workshops.
I can also help you to create an association under the law of 1901. Rates from 30€ to 120€ depending on the project and your needs.
A first appointment can be made by phone or Skype, and then I can come and meet you. Travel expenses are free within 15km beyond Châteauneuf-du-Faou.
